Rani Mukerji to join the climax of Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi in her cop avatar?

Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi already looks power-packed enough. The cop drama, starring Akshay Kumar as a top cop, promises a thrilling story-line and some really high-octane action sequences. To add to that, Rohit's Singham and Simmba cops, Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh, will be joining the climax too!

But that might not be all. If rumours are anything to go by, then we might also get to see a brave female cop jumping into the action around the end of the film, and she is none other than Mardaani's Shivani Shivaji Roy! Reports suggest, Rohit has secretly roped in Rani Mukerji to join Akshay, Ranveer and Ajay in fighting the antagonist in the film.

While this isn't confirmed yet, Rohit earlier said he would love to add a female cop film to his cop universe. The Mardaani franchise stars Rani as a courageous police officer taking a strong stand against what's evil. We're to see if she actually makes an appearance in Sooryavanshi!

Sooryavanshi, starring Katrina Kaif alongside Akshay, is set to release on 27th March, 2020.
