Karan Singh Grover’s intense workout will make you want to get in shape!

Karan Singh Grover, clearly, is one of the few Indian television actors who have maintained their fitness throughout. He has always been a fitness enthusiast and since he cannot hit the gym due to the Coronavirus outbreak, he has decided to stay in shape with a few exercises at home. All thanks to social media, the celebrities have been able to share their fitness routines for their fans and other fitness enthusiasts.

Taking to his Instagram, he shared a few videos of how he has been exercising for his spine. However, it is suggested to not try exercises without supervision, Karan is a pro at these exercises and has been doing them for quite some time now. The only positive outcome of this lockdown is the fact that people have a lot more time to work on themselves as compared to their usual hectic schedule.
