Amrita Rao resumes her fitness regime post-delivery

The actress who delivered baby boy in November last year has been spending time taking care of the baby. It has been 5 months since Veer’s arrival and the new mommy has taken it upon herself to get back to her fitness routine. Though Amrita is known for her doll-like figure and has not put on too much weight, she has resumed her Yoga routine with a trainer for overall fitness of body and mind, and to tone that little belly bulge that a woman gets post-pregnancy.

Both Amrita and RJ Anmol are hands-on parents without having an entourage for the baby and Anmol ensures that Amrita can take out some time for herself during the day. Amrita posted pictures on her Instagram that she captioned as, “'My Morning just got Brighter! Feels amazing being back on the Yoga track after 14 months ???? For me folks ' Yoga is not just about touching the Sole ..it's about Reaching the Soul’”. Take a look at her pictures.
