EXCLUSIVE: "I want Sonu Sood for Prime Minister"- Huma Qureshi

Sonu Sood has been relentlessly working toward helping people ever since the COVID crisis hit the country last year. He along with his team has helped out people from across the country who have been reaching out to them for help. The actor had revealed that he receives thousands of requests every day especially during the brutal second wave of the pandemic.

Owing to his helpful nature, many across the country have expressed a desire for him to contest elections. Now, in an exclusive chat with Bollywood Hungama, actor Huma Qureshi also expressed that Sonu should stand for elections. “Honestly, I think Sonu should stand up for elections. I would vote for him. I want him for Prime Minister,” she said when asked who in Bollywood would make a good politician.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Huma Qureshi was last seen in the recently released web series titled Maharani. Directed by Subhash Kapoor, Huma plays the role of Rani Bharti who goes from being an illiterate housewife to becoming the Chief Minister.
