Deepika Padukone vacations with her mother Ujjala and sister Anisha; shares photo from first-class plane travel, gondola rides and more

Deepika Padukone is currently enjoying some family time. The actress is in Venice with her mother Ujjala Padukone and sister Anisha Padukone. She took to Instagram to share previously unseen pictures from her recent trip to Venice.

Deepika was accompanied by her mother Ujjala and sister Anisha on the trip. They are photographed doing several of touristy activities in and around the well-known Italian town.  In the first shot, Deepika is partially hidden behind a mask; Anisha is clad in grey Adidas sweatpants. They seem to be sitting at an airport lounge. The following photo sees them in their first-class seats on their plane. In some of the photos, Deepika is eating ice cream, enjoys scenic view of boats, a gondola ride. Deepika captioned her Instagram post, "Venice Photo Dump.” Deepika's husband, Ranveer Singh responded on the post with heart and star emojis.

Deepika Padukone is reportedly in Venice to attend this year's Cannes Film Festival. She is a member of the eight-person jury that will award the Palme d'Or to one of the 21 films in competition on Saturday, May 28 during the festival's closing ceremony.  The jury will be presided over by French actor Vincent Lindon, and will include Swedish actor NoomiRapace, Italian actor-director Jasmine Trinca, French filmmaker-actor Ladj Ly, filmmaker Jeff Nichols, and Norwegian director-screenwriter Joachim Trier.

On the work front, Deepika Padukone will next star in Pathaan, Fighter, Nag Ashwin’s next, The Intern remake and more.
