The actress who delivered baby boy in November last year has been spending time taking care of the baby. It has been 5 months since Veer’s arrival and the new mommy has taken it upon herself to get back to her fitness routine. Though Amrita is known for her doll-like figure and has not put on too much weight, she has resumed her Yoga routine with a trainer for overall fitness of body and mind, and to tone that little belly bulge that a woman gets post-pregnancy. Both Amrita and RJ Anmol are hands-on parents without having an entourage for the baby and Anmol ensures that Amrita can take out some time for herself during the day.
